Operating internationally, our family business has been producing special products for the industrial sector since 1947. We keep the world’s industries running with our adhesives and sealants, technical sprays and high-performance assembly pastes and greases, which are used in production, repair, maintenance and servicing. Aside from our chemical products, we develop and distribute high-quality stripping tools under the brand name WEICON TOOLS.
Our top priority is to offer our customers the best possible service, to respond to their questions and requests and to be available to them as a point of contact. In every respect, we rely on strong bonds – and this applies to our products, labour relations and business relationships with our customers.
Our management team
Ralph and Ann-Katrin Weidling, Sascha Beilmann and Patrick Jennings – they make up our WEICON management team. Together they share the management tasks and run the family business as a team. While Ralph Weidling and Patrick Jennings mainly deal with sales and product issues, Ann-Katrin Weidling is primarily responsible for marketing, e-commerce and HR. Sascha Beilmann focuses especially on digitalisation and processes.
The family-owned business is now in its fourth generation: Ralph Weidling took over the management from his father over 20 years ago. His daughter Ann-Katrin has been part of the company since 2017 and joined the management team in 2020.

WEICON Production – customised solutions for our customers
Our WEICON Production plant is located in Schwalmtal on the Lower Rhine. We produce various adhesive systems there in order to offer our customers customised products and to respond flexibly to their individual wishes. In total, we have more than 250 formulations that have been developed for a wide variety of chemical products and are constantly being adapted and improved. Our special products from WEICON Production are used in many areas of industry, such as in the manufacture of pump systems, in waste water technology, in the chemical industry, in mechanical engineering, in the paper industry or in power plants.

WEICON worldwide
WEICON products are available worldwide. We run 11 international branches and are represented by over 1,200 retail partners in more than 120 countries. In this way, we can offer you our services worldwide. We take part in numerous national and international trade fairs every year, where we present our products, innovations and our extensive range of services. We constantly adapt to the changing demands of our customers, to their practical applications and to the environment.
In November 2013, we established our African branch WEICON SA.
WEICON South East Asia Pte. Ltd. – our branch in Singapore.
Our first branch was founded in Dubai in 2005.
We have had a branch in Istanbul, Turkey, since April 2011.
Our branch in Romania was set up in March 2012.
At the beginning of March 2016, our seventh international branch was founded in the Czech Republic.
Our headquarters are in Münster.
In October 2018, we founded our ninth international branch in Italy.
In early 2017, we founded our eighth international branch in Madrid, the capital of Spain.
